your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded .
- Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will
result in the loss of your deposit, unless the home can be re-rented for the same period of time.

- Well behaved pets are negotiable; however, increased damage deposits
and rates will apply.
- A $150 damage deposit is required. If the house is not damaged, and there is
no evidence of smoking
